HOW TO RESERVE

How to reserve an apartment or chalet with Sole NEve Netura sas:

There are two payment options for making reservations:
a. CREDIT CARD
b. CREDIT TRANSFER
For the purpose of clarity we remind you that the terms and condition of payment are as follows:
- 30% as down payment to be paid at the moment of making the reservation;
- 70% the remaining amount to be paid at least thirty days before the beginning of the rental period.
RESERVATIONS MADE LESS THAN THIRTY DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE RENTAL PERIOD.
In this case the entire amount must be paid at the moment of making the reservation. The method of payment is the same as used in the normal reservation procedure.
Procedure
1) CHOICE OF PROPERTY AND UPDATED AVAILABILITY CALENDAR: Once you have checked the availability for the period you wish to book, using the dedicated menu, on the left band of the site (fig.0) click on the photo of the chosen property (fig.1) to access the property’s own page where you’ll find the available calendar dates. Just click on the dates you’re interested in or type them into the box (fig.2). After a few seconds you’ll see the period you’re interested in highlighted on the calendar (Fig.2). The downloading may require a few seconds

2) RESERVATION AND RESERVATION DETAILS: Select the "CONTINUE" button (Fig.3), to access the page requesting reservation details; this section must be fully and correctly filled in as crucial for accommodating you in the property of your choice (fig 4).

3) REGISTRATION: Select the "CONTINUE WITH THE RESERVATION" button (Fig.4) to access the registration page needed to make your reservation. If you already have a username and password enter you details in the table on the right, otherwise continue with the registration process by clicking on “REGISTER ME" (fig.5).  Remember to fill in all the obligatory fields and accept the personal data processing conditions (Fig.6).

4) RESERVATION AND PAYMENT SUMMARY: you will now find a summary of your reservation with the payment section where you can choose how you wish to pay (Fig.7). We recommend  paying by credit card since this way the property will immediately be blocked in your name .Otherwise you may  choose to  request an option on the apartment (fig.8)  which will then be confirmed by e-mail to you.

Credit card:  If paying by credit card you’ll be re-routed to the secure site of the payment system where you should enter all your credit card details including the security code (Fig.9). Click on “CONTINUE", to continue the payment process and again on the subsequent display click "CONCLUDE YOUR PURCHASE" (Fig.10).

4a) CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION BY CREDIT CARD: After concluding the transaction, the reservation confirmation will be visible in your reserved area accessible after entering your User ID and Password (FIG.11).

4b) Credit transfer: if you choose to pay by credit transfer an option will be placed on the property in your name lasting 7 days.  You will be sent an e-mail with our bank details needed for you to make the transfer. (FIG.12)
