 FOR SHORT STAYS: The time of arrival and departure to be agreed
The price includes:
-use of the swimming pool (with sun loungers and sun umbrellas subject to availability),
-water
-electricity
-firewood
-heating
-sheets and towels (for bedroom, bathroom and kitchen),
-final cleaning ( however, if the kitchenette is not left clean there will be a penalty of 20 euro).
FOR WEEKLY STAYS: the week begins at 15.00 on Saturday and ends the next Saturday at 10.00.
The price includes:
-use of the swimming pool (with sun loungers and sun umbrellas subject to availability),
-water
-electricity
-firewood
-sheets and towels (for bedroom, bathroom and kitchen),
-final cleaning ( however, if the kitchenette is not left clean there will be a penalty of 40 euro).
The price does not include:
- heating (on a meter)
When you are given the keys of the apartment you will be asked for a deposit of 200 euro in case of possible damage. This will be returned to you at the moment of departure.
NOTE:
At the moment of booking you will be asked for an advance of 50% of the total sum. The balance will be paid on your arrival.
